Charlie Cook says it's a level playing field in Miami

The Cook Political Report has changed the rating on Rep. Lincoln Diaz-Balart's reelection bid from "likely Republican" to "leans Republican."

And for the first time this cycle, Cook is including Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen's race in its list of races to watch, changing her bid from "solid Republican" to "likely Republican." That's also the status of Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart's race.

Cook does go on to warn that doesn't mean that it'll be a competitive race but that there is a possibility for Annette Taddeo. Lincoln on the other hand is going to lose his seat, as major Republican donors have sided with Raul Martinez.

It's a bad year to be running on the old platform anywhere in Miami and that's why the GOP's voter registration form is that much more embarassing, for a party that's amazingly out of touch.
